“SWEET” VIBES ONLY

Rules? We don’t follow them. At “Sweet Graffiti”, dessert is bold, loud, and anything but ordinary. Inspired by the Italian word “graffio” (scratch), we flip classic pastry on its head, creating vibrant, rule-breaking sweets.

Behind it all is Romina Peixoto, a pastry powerhouse who’s led top kitchens like Eleven Madison Park and Le Cirque, where she became the first female, non-French Executive Pastry Chef. Her obsession? Pushing pastry beyond limits.

Now, as Corporate Pastry Chef for The Hospitality Department, Romina is redefining desserts at B & L and “Sweet Graffiti” in the heart of NYC—because dessert should never be predictable.
